April 11th, 2020 - Pleasantly surprised at the release of Mary Duff's new video for "Somewhere In The Heart Of Texas", a song I had the honor of writing with Kent Maxson and the late, great David MacKechnie. From Mary Duff's Facebook page: I was listening back to some of my recordings the other day and one song got me thinking about my Nashville "Family" of friends, writers and musicians who have had to experience the recent devastating tornado quickly followed by this World pandemic...I look forward to doing so again as soon as it is safe to do so...I asked my lovely talented friend Emer Fox if she could put something visual together to accompany one of my favourites from my album "Changing Lanes" called SOMEWHERE IN THE HEART OF TEXAS.
